My research agenda is rooted in human-computer interaction, which provides the foundation for building meaningful connections between people and intelligent systems. At the core, I focus on three pillars:

  • Responsible AI ensures that computational intelligence is developed with fairness, transparency, and accountability.

  • Human-Centered Design aligns technology with people’s needs, values, and contexts.

  • Human Experience examines how individuals perceive, trust, and engage with AI in everyday life.

Together, these pillars support my broader aim: addressing one of today’s most urgent challenges, the growing distrust and disconnect between people and AI. My goal is not only to understand this gap but also to find actionable ways forward. By bringing human perspectives into computational intelligence, I strive to shape technologies that are innovative, trustworthy, and socially responsible.
